Tamara Bond, Account Executive.  Tamara brings over 15 years of management and customer service experience in an association environment to her work for AAI. Her association management career began with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where she worked as a customer service supervisor and the grading manager for the CPA exam.  In 2000, Tamara left the AICPA to serve as the customer service manager for MaMaMedia, a kid-focused educational website.  There Tamara gained valuable experience in online branding, as well as delivering excellent customer service using online tools.  Since 2001, Tamara has worked with Alan Anthony, serving the professional associations under AAI management.  She has provided membership and chapter development, fundraising, and management of signature events for our associations. 
Randall Barney, Account Executive.  Randall has 15 years of successful administration of national and international non-profit membership associations, such as the American Automobile Association (AAA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the World Teleport Association, the Society of Satellite Professionals International and the Intelligent Community Forum. With strong skills in database management and online services, Randall manages membership recruitment, member services and events.   
Matthew Owen, Communications Manager.  Matthew brings a rich background in video production and editing, as well as program management, to his work for ICG.  He handles assignments from the recording and editing of short video segments to creation and distribution of email broadcasts, social media posts, print and interactive content.
